Follow-upBefore installation, a topographic survey is essential for any project, whether undersea or on land, so as to determine the best cable route in terms of geological or marine conditions, the best kind of soil for high conductivity, and the impact on the environment. All materials are ordered and scheduled for on-time delivery. Once the site has been prepared, the cable is transported, often using specially designed equipment, then pulled or laid. Finally, when the necessary joints and support equipment are installed, the complete system is commissioned and tested before being handed over to the customer with a full guarantee.
