Nexans to host fire safety cable conference addressing challenges of materials, legislation and liability
First fire safety cable conference hosted in Brussels will welcome experts to discuss developments in the industry in the wake of new legislation
Paris, September 15, 2014 – Nexans will host its first fire safety cable conference in Brussels on 23 October 2014. The conference, entitled “A clear view on fire safety cables: Addressing the challenges of materials, legislation and liability”, will gather industry experts, specifiers and academics to discuss recent developments in the industry amongst many other topics.
Nexans specialists and other recognized experts will present on various issues affecting the fire safety cable industry, including the new legislation in the European Union and its implications for Belgium, trends in fire safety cable materials as well as liability. Presentations will be followed by a roundtable discussion with all attendees.
