This paper presents the final phase of the SuperRail* project, a World First, launched in June 2022, focusing on the development, manufacturing, testing and installation of a High-Temperature Superconducting (HTS) DC cable system for railways application
 

• Future superconducting solutions to address the growing (multi-GW) power demand of next-generation data centers - Gabriel Hajiri
  • Medium-voltage solutions (<30 kV) and high-voltage solutions (>138 kV
  • Low-voltage solutions (AC or DC) at 600 V and 480 V, capable of carrying up to 10 kA

EUCAS has been for more than three decades a premier event for the dissemination, discussion, and knowledge exchange of breakthroughs and state-of-the-art developments across the several domains of applied superconductivity. Superconductivity disrupted several scientific and technological applications, such as health, energy, basic research, and high-performance computing, among many others.
