Nexans is committed to promote gender equality

At Nexans, we value and respect the differences that make each person unique. This is what diversity means to us.   

In 2018, the Group created a program dedicated to reduce gender inequalities by offering training and awareness-raising. This program, called WIN - We In Nexans, aims to promote gender equality in the Group's strategic bodies by preparing Nexans' female employees to assume management and top management positions. These initiatives are in line with the company's CSR commitments and are monitored on an annual basis.   

Although actions in favour of professional equality are carried out every day, the month of March is a special time to raise awareness on this subject.

This is why every year Nexans participates in the 8th of March, a day dedicated to women's rights around the world.

Our jobs have no gender
