Suspicion of Violation in matters of:

• Anti-competitive practices,
• Conflicts of interest,
• Finance / banking / accounting,
• Confidentiality / intellectual property,
• Human rights / child labor,
• Harassment and discrimination,
• Health, safety and hygiene at work,
• Environment.

Who can report?

• Any employee or third party person.

How to report?

By calling or writting to the Group Ethics Correspondent through nexans.speakup.report or alternatively for employees, by reporting to hierarchy or human resources.
