As a supplier committed to the sustainable electrification of buildings, Nexans is the first cable manufacturer to make its products' environmental data fully transparent on the BlueOn platform. Through indicators derived from lifecycle assessments, PEP Ecopassports, and other complementary sources, Nexans offers its clients – including major players such as Eiffage – reliable and verifiable information on the carbon footprint of its products. This system allows users to objectively compare environmental performance, making data a criterion as important as price.

By integrating this information directly into the purchasing process, BlueOn provides an intuitive interface that enables all stakeholders – from design offices to procurement managers – to easily access key indicators (such as the proportion of recycled materials or water consumption during production).
