The TITANEX® flexible rubber cable range offers exceptional performances and is designed to release you from all your constraints. Robust yet flexible, TITANEX® is easy to use and withstands the toughest of conditions, such as hard-wearing situations,  extreme temperatures and most chemicals.

For more than 70 years the TITANEX® cable range properties have been recognized as the best choice for all mobile and fixed installations in industrial environments such as construction sites, cranes, machines tools, factories, generators etc.

TITANEX® is also suitable for public environments and temporary events such as festivals or sports competitions, where the cable is often laid directly on the ground with no protection.

Robust cables for heavy situation

  • used for mobile and fixed installations;
  • 90°C maximum temperature at the core for fixed and protected installations;
  • application up to 1kV;
  • exceeded the requirement number of cycles as required by the standard (by 5 times);
  • flexible cable for easy installation;
  • long lasting marking to help cable identification;
  • optimum performance of flame retardant properties;
  • good resistance against aggressive chemicals and oils.

An H07RN-F cable is a flexible cable with rubber insulation and sheath, designed for mobile or fixed installations exposed to mechanical and environmental constraints.

Yes. TITANEX® H07RN-F can be used outdoors, with or without protection depending on the installation conditions. It can also be buried with additional mechanical protection.

Yes. Its mechanical properties, flexibility and resistance to demanding environments make it suitable for event applications such as festivals, concerts, trade shows and sporting events.

The maximum conductor temperature is 90°C. In the event of a short circuit, it can reach 250°C.

The rated voltage is 450/750 V for mobile use and 0.6/1 kV for protected fixed installations.

Yes. The cable offers good resistance to accidental exposure to oils and chemicals.

Yes. The metre marking helps users unwind only the required length and makes cable management easier on site.

The main criteria to check are the type of installation, the operating environment, the conductor cross-section, the rated voltage, temperature constraints, bending radius and cable marking.

The conductor cross-section should be selected according to the current, cable length, acceptable voltage drop and installation conditions. For demanding applications, the technical datasheet should always be checked before selecting the reference.

Mobile use refers to installations where the cable may be handled, moved or reused. Protected fixed installation refers to a more permanent setup where the cable is installed with appropriate protection according to the application.

Respecting the minimum bending radius helps preserve the cable’s mechanical and electrical performance, especially when the cable is handled, routed or installed in constrained spaces.

H07RN-F TITANEX® combines flexibility, mechanical resistance and resistance to demanding environments, making it suitable for temporary installations exposed to handling, movement, outdoor conditions or repeated use.

Clear cable marking helps identify the cable characteristics more quickly and supports easier cable management during installation, maintenance or repeated use.
